Fairfield Construction and Developments Ltd is a small construction company based in the Midlands, operating within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Fairfield works on projects varying from, client led new builds, extensions and restorations, to warehouses and groundwork projects. Working closely with clients to ensure their opinions and desires are taken into account. We can advise on alternative solutions, sometimes less costly, and often without compromising quality.

Our role in projects can range from pre planning advice, right through to practical completion, depending on the customer’s requirements.

Formed in 1999 by Richard Abell and Bob Dangerfield in its first guise. Fairfield comprises of a small team of skilled tradesmen all with a strong work ethic and a willingness to please. Taking pride in our work we aim to provide clients with a professional turnkey solution.
